  • Homeowner’s Insurance contact information
  • I.D. – 2 forms (typically Driver’s License & Soc. Sec.)


Refinance Transaction

  • Mortgage Statement (existing loan)
  • Note (existing loan)
  • Property Tax – Most recent bill/statement
  • HOA – most recent statement (if applicable)
  • Homeowner’s Insurance Policy (policy # and cost)


Purchase Transactions

  • Purchase Agreement & all addendums
  • MLS Listing


If Applicable

  • Child Support Agreement
  • Divorced Decree (fully executed)
  • Credit issues…  Letter of explanation for any major credit events or issues
  • Self-employed:  Business Tax Returns
